Your private LoftHaven retreat includes the entire detached studio apartment and exclusive use of the rooftop terrace. The apartment is located behind the primary residence on the same property, giving you your own private accommodations while remaining close to everything Uptown Charlotte has to offer.

Inside, you’ll find an exceptionally clean, thoughtfully maintained space designed for a comfortable stay. The apartment features a plush king bed, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dining space for four, Smart TVs, washer and dryer, and a full bathroom with an oversized freestanding soaking tub and rain showerhead.

Upstairs, the private rooftop terrace is exclusively yours during your stay. Enjoy the hot tub beneath the stars, relax around the fire pit or lounge seating, or take in the surroundings from the sun chairs. In winter, you can catch glimpses of the Uptown skyline through the trees; during the warmer months, the leafy canopy creates a secluded treetop feel.
